We are constantly expanding and looking for individuals who share our purpose and want to add value as Human Resources Officer within our HR Team.Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.Timesheet Review & Payroll SupportReview and verify employee timesheetsAssist the HR Manager in preparing payroll data, including hours worked, leave taken, and applicable deductions or bonuses.Employee Records & AdministrationMaintain accurate and confidential employee records.Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters.Track and manage employee leave balances, absences, and attendance records.Ensure timely updates to HR systems and databases.Performance ManagementTraining & DevelopmentQualificationsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.High desirable speak Spanish (reporting every day to Headquarters in Madrid)ExperienceMinimum of 2 years in a similar HR role (High desirable at least 1 year experience in Solar Industry)This position's salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.Full time, 38 hours per weekMonday to Friday from 10am to 6pmOffice; Head Office in North Sydney, next to North Sydney Train StationWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
