We are currently looking for a Sales Associate
- Online to join our Sales and Service team supporting our Stockland Residential Communities team.

**About the role**
As a Sales Associate, you will enhance Stockland's competitive position by effectively supporting new sales enquiries and playing a key role in our Customer Journey. You will focus on phone and digital communication channels to connect and engage with customers. You will deliver market-leading customer service to support customers with their decision-making process and progression towards a new home.
This role is based from our Perth Head Office while offering flexibility to work from our project offices and home. This is a Full-Time Permanent role that will require some flexibility to work 5 day shift across 7 days - Rostered evening and weekend shifts are shared across the team, still allowing a full 2 day break.
**What's important to us?**
- A customer focus is what drives you - you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming online enquiries (telephone, website, social media and live chat)
- Experience and proven track record in a customer centric role in a sales and service environment, relating to property, financial services or retail
- You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all types of people
- You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily - if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
- You can build and maintain relationships with customers focusing on delivering exceptional service that embeds Stockland as the preferred product choice in the market
- You are open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term career
- Previous property industry experience ideal, not essential
