The Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) is a specialist network providing vital care across a vast and diverse region. Our Rockhampton-based teams, including the Older Persons Inpatient Unit and Community Services Team, serve as the clinical hub for Central Queensland. About the role
* Provide advanced psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions.
* Lead social work practice and provide formal supervision to staff.
* Advocate for consumer rights and facilitate complex transition planning.
* Engage with community partners to improve mental health literacy.
* Contribute to operational planning to enhance the social work model.
About you
* You hold a degree in Social Work and are eligible for membership with AASW.
* You have advanced clinical knowledge of factors impacting older persons.
* You possess high-level communication skills for effective collaboration.
* You can implement quality initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.
* You are capable of providing high-level clinical leadership and mentoring.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $13,113 p.m. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
