**Job Description**:
As Sales Coordinator, you'll be supporting the Melbourne team. A great opportunity for someone looking to kick start their sales career!
As Advertising & Partnerships Coordinator you will be part of the Commercial Department and will be responsible for supporting the wider commercial team across all Pedestrian Group products and titles.
**Your primary duties will be to**:
- Support the commercial team to deliver 100% to quarterly sales budgets.
- Assist with all reporting to drive commercial output.
- Work within Pedestrian CRM and order management system ADvendio with 100% accuracy.
- Build an intimate understanding of the Pedestrian Group offerings/products and their place in the industry.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with creating market leading pitches across all Pedestrian platforms (Native, Video, Social, Podcast, Events, Activations etc.) With this, you need to understand client objectives and translate these into campaigns which deliver results.
- Assist with building comprehensive client proposals - including sourcing stats, assisting with copywriting, insights etc.
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director re administrative duties.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Be on the pulse of trending pop culture news.
- Ability to think critically.
- Keen to grow your career into a commercial/sales role.
