This casual position requires availability for weekends and on-call duties as needed.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:
* Assisting dentists chairside during procedures
* Preparing and sterilising instruments to the highest infection control standards
* Providing patients with a warm, professional and reassuring experience
* Managing clinical stock and preparing treatment rooms efficiently
* Supporting the team to maintain seamless daily operations
Receptionist responsibilities include:
* Managing front desk operations
* Booking and coordinating appointments
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Supporting patient care and education
* Collaborating with the clinical and management team
* Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
You'll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude
* Detail-oriented and highly organised
* Proactive and eager to learn
* A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
* Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
* Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights
Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
