Service Operations Manager - Scheduling / Branch Manager

What you will be doing
Leading and developing a team of CSRs and casuals
Owning scheduling, job planning, and making sure deliveries run smoothly
Rostering staff based on business needs
Creating structure and helping rebuild team culture
Supporting referral partners with simple sales operations conversations
Being the steady presence across two branches as the business modernises
Working closely with an SBM and Operations Manager

Salary up to 80k plus super + car + bonuses
Fully expensed company vehicle including fuel
