- Develop recruitment strategy to attract, recruit and retain the best talent
- Set recruitment KPI, monitor the progress and deliver recruitment result
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including JD development, manage advertisement, interview, reference check, offer management and onboarding
- Develop internal talent database and source external opportunities including recruitment agency
- Develop internal SOP base on business needs, optimize process and procedures
- Employee performance review including probation review, performance tracking, manager feedback, PD, promotion etc.
- Assist with general HR related enquiries, payroll coordination, HR admin work
- ad hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- 3+ years' previous experience in HR/ recruitment/ talent acquisition
- Matured mind and sharp vision on talent selection
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Australian PR or citizen
