We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience at our attraction.
About the Role
The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading our team of Guest Experience Hosts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all staff and guest needs are met. You will work closely with our management team to deliver business objectives while maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Guest Experience Hosts to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* * Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing rosters and payroll
* * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* * Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* * Ability to lead and motivate a team
* * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* * A valid NSW Working with Children Check
