**About Our Client**:
My client is a leading FMCG brand & are the market leader in their space. Headquartered internationally, the company has expanded & taken on market share in recent years.
They are a stable & secure organisation with a strong market presence in their space.
Operating out of modern offices based in South Brisbane, the company is able to offer free car parking onsite & also has a flexible working model, with 2 days a week working from home on offer.
This role is responsible for looking after the accounts of the largest customers for this business.
With a very large volume of transactions going from one to the other, the role incorporates reconciling accounts & transactions, processing these payments through EDI file transfers, investigating any discrepancies to the payments or accounts - then following up with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
The end goal for this role is to ensure the business is being paid correctly for their services and products - however doesn't involve any debt collection or chasing.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience using SAP
- Intermediate Excel skills (i.e. comfortable with pivot tables & vlookups)
- Worked in a fast paced, high volume environment previously
- Strong reconciliations experience
- Ideally worked in an Accounts Receivable or Credit function previously
- Current Australian working rights & able to commute to South BrisbaneIdeally you'll have worked in a FMCG company, however this is not essential
