Eagers Automotive is seeking an experienced senior fleet manager to join our QLD Corporate team. The Regional Fleet Manager - QLD role, reporting to the Executive General Manager - QLD, is instrumental in driving the Fleet results across our Queensland locations. Working closely with our fleet teams across the state, this role is responsible for forming and maintaining connections with business clients and partners to drive fleet sales in Queensland.

Responsibilities
The main duties and primary responsibilities of the Regional Fleet Manager include:
* Representing the company and acting as point of contact for corporate fleet clients representing the Company with professionalism and integrity.
* Build, improve and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, suppliers and partners, building long-terms relationships and fostering loyalty and mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
* Implement operational strategies to streamline fleet processes, reduce costs and improve service delivery.
* Identify key stakeholders in client companies to cultivate strategic and profitable relationships
* Seeking out new business opportunities with new products or services to existing customers. Driving year-on-year growth of the Fleet portfolio in line with annual targets
* Prospecting and working with the Fleet team on new business opportunities for Fleet through new clients and partners.
* Advising clients on optimal fleet strategies and market trends appropriate to their business needs.
* Monitoring and analysing client fleet key performance results and sales.
* Preparing and presenting business & service level agreement reports on client accounts.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of fleet operations.
* Foster a unified team culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability and shared success.
* Promote continuous improvement, innovation and professional development within the fleet team.
* Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to excellence, integrity and customer satisfaction.
Requirement and Skills
* Proven experience in business to business relationship management and business development.
