What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role (or demonstrated Step-Up experience)
* Extensive experience as a multi-skilled operator in a mining environment, including operating Excavators > 400t, D10/D11 Dozers, Graders & Haul Trucks
* Relevant RII competencies and competencies signed off within the last 5 years
* S1, S2, S3 and G2 Certificates
* Current Standard 11 and valid manual driver’s licence
* A strong commitment to maintaining safety at all times
* Flexibility and a willingness to contribute as a valued team member
* Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions
