About the Role:
This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of contaminated land management and remediation projects, including field investigation, data gathering, research, writing reports, and working directly with audit projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of contaminated land management and remediation projects;
* Conduct field investigations, gather data, and conduct research to inform project outcomes;
* Develop and write reports to communicate project findings and recommendations;
* Work collaboratively with the audit team to deliver high-quality project outcomes;
* Stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments and best practices;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, hydrogeology, geology, or environmental engineering;
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in environmental consulting, with at least 2 years in Australia;
* Working knowledge of SA Environmental legislation and contaminated land guidelines;
* Demonstrated understanding of NEPM (Assessment of Site Contamination);
* Experience in proposal writing and developing innovative approaches;
