Program Management Position
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and monitoring support services for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioural challenges. You will lead each client's therapy team, providing ongoing training and direct supervision to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop skills-building programs using appropriate assessment instruments to reflect identified behavioural objectives and outcomes.
* Implement treatment plans, document contacts and observations, and use professional knowledge to strategise continuous improvements.
* Seek creative solutions to ensure continuity and consistency of treatment and support services across settings.
* Provide training, clinical supervision, consultation, and assistance to team members in strategies and methodologies for working with children on the autism spectrum and/or who have behavioural, adaptive, and/or social/communication challenges.
* Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioural interventions.
* Maintain accurate documentation, complete assessments, and reports as required.
* Ensure treatment plans and programs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
* Coordinate with families, administrative personnel, and colleagues to maintain highly organised recordkeeping practices.
* Develop strategies for stability of quality services during client transitions.
* Demonstrate workplace behaviours aligned with our organisation's values and philosophy.
Essential Criteria:
* Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
* A Master's degree recognised by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* Minimum three years' recent experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.
* Knowledge of early childhood and autism assessment tools, procedures, child development, positive behaviour support plans and programs, teaching social interaction and play skills.
* Competence in analysing assessment results, designing individual treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission status.
