This is a tightly-knit and efficient team, offering tangible opportunities for growth and development within a well-established Human Resources Service Centre, engaged in a broad spectrum of support services across a large hospital network.
**The role**
This key position will see you working across a varied portfolio of Hospitals and Clinics. Your focus will be in **_Southern NSW facilities including Southern Sydney, the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and the Shoalhaven._** As the HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner in providing HR Operational Support to the Hospital Executive Teams, Managers and Employees.
You will play a major role in contributing to the HR process and strategies across each of these facilities. You will promote the values of Ramsay in order to shape a positive work culture and the achievement of Hospital wide engagement. You will enjoy working across a diverse employee group including clinical and non-clinical departments.
**Build workforce capability; drive cultural change**
- Support and educate management and employees across the organisation through:
- Employee relation queries and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Awards
- Recruitment, selection and succession planning
- Interpretation of policies and procedures
- Performance management and employee learning and development plans
- Support HR Service Centre projects, including people and culture and employee benefits initiatives
**Deliver outcomes**
- **Collaborate across**the NSW network, supporting an integrated approach to the delivery of HR initiatives and internal knowledge transfer
- You will** coach, advise, support and enable**hospital executives and managers
- You will** manage risk** by assisting in workplace investigations and providing recommendations
- You will **accurately maintain** our HR systems and databases
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Three years' experience in a human resources advisory role
- Tertiary HR or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, with the ability to interpret industrial instruments, legislation and HR policies and procedures
- Sound ability to coach and support leaders and managers
- Commitment to the achievement of excellent outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability and customer service
