Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the expansion of our agricultural equipment sales across Far North Queensland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Design, implement, and oversee sales strategies to increase market share and brand presence in the region.
* New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users to drive growth.
* Client Management: Manage and support existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Industry Insights: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Product Feedback: Provide insights to internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
* Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, field days, and industry events to build brand awareness.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including technical, logistics, and marketing, to achieve shared goals.
* Travel: Regularly travel across Australia to support sales efforts and engage with customers.
