Workfast is looking for a Trade Assistant, paying $36 per hour plus penalties for an immediate start working Monday to Friday, 8-10 hours working in various locations across Devonport, TAS.

What you need
- Construction White Card
- Must have construction experience
- Carpentry experience preferred
- Australian Driver License
- A positive and willing attitude
- Ability to complete drug and alcohol medical
What will you be doing
- Working within a team across various locations across Devonport, carrying out construction of facilities, inclusive of schools, sporting grounds and council areas. All new commercial construction.
- Working for a reputable company
- Reporting to the site supervisor
- Carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, fix-out, and finishing.
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Perform general labouring duties to support the broader team as required.
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinetry, and drywall.
