About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading improvements to customer and employer experience, ensuring quality, person-centered service delivery. You will drive team performance to exceed both quality and performance targets, manage service area financial performance, meeting revenue and margin targets.
You will build a high-performing, enterprising workforce through coaching and leadership, working closely with the Performance Manager to use local data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes. You will strengthen partnerships with local agencies, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

You lead by example, coaching and empowering your team to grow while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You use local data and insights to make informed decisions and drive better outcomes for both clients and employers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in Employment Services
* Strong financial acumen with responsibility for budgets and P&L
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing, cohesive team
* Background in recruitment and talent management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
* Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
* Confident in managing multiple customer management systems and processes
