Job Description
We are expanding our technology support team and seeking a skilled Mobile IT Technician to join us. This is a casual role with strong potential to increase or transition to permanent part-time or full-time.
Our clients range from GP/Specialist/Dental clinics to SME clients in various industries. As a Mobile IT Technician, you will provide technical support for Windows operating systems and servers, configure and troubleshoot VPNs and firewalls, and work with SQL databases and client-server applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Windows 8/10/11 and Windows Server
* Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (OpenVPN, Windows VPN)
* Work with firewalls (Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki)
* Support SQL databases and client-server applications
* Assemble NUC PCs and desktop PCs
* Perform server hardware tasks (RAM, disks, RAID setup)
Requirements
* Strong Microsoft desktop and server knowledge
* Good understanding of networking, VPNs, and firewalls
* SQL knowledge
* Fluent English
* Right to work in Australia
* Valid Australian driver's license
* Own reliable car (fuel and tolls covered)
