About the Role
Elite Disability Support Gold Coast Pty Ltd is a NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality disability support services across the Gold Coast. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative, financial and operational office functions at our Southport office.
A Working with Vulnerable People check is mandatory for this position.
This role requires strong organizational, leadership and compliance skills in a regulated service environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the office
· Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures
· Supervise, train and support administrative and clerical staff
· Oversee payroll processing, invoicing and general financial administration
· Maintain accurate business records, databases and filing systems
· Prepare operational reports, budgets and management documentation
· Ensure compliance with company policies, NDIS requirements and workplace procedures
· Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding and staff documentation
· Liaise with management, accountants, auditors and external service providers
· Manage office budgets, supplies, contracts and service agreements
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
· Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Essential Skills & Experience
Applicants must demonstrate:
· Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
· Proven experience supervising staff and managing office operations
· Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
· Experience in financial administration, invoicing and payroll coordination
· High-level written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office and office management systems)
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Australian work rights are preferred but visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates
Qualifications
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma or bachelor's degree in:
* Business Administration
* Management
* Commerce
* Or a closely related field

· Experience in NDIS, disability, aged care or community services
