About The Role
The Trade Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Queanbeyan, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre servicing the Canberra region, and you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In This Role You Will
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.Manage stock movements and maintain stock levels.Load customer orders onto trucks for distribution, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.Carry out warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeepingUnload inbound stock deliveries.Serve customers in the warehouse area, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually when required.Ensure all documentation, labelling, and product presentation standards are met.Carry out warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
Your hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 3pm.
About You
Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationshipsForklift license is desirable or willing to obtain one.Contribute to a constructive and innovative workplace culture
