**Your new role**:
Join the exciting world of NAB's Merchant Servicing team and become a hero to our business customers, also known as "Merchants". As part of the team, you'll provide expert solutions and support to help them service their NAB EFTPOS + HICAPS Terminals. Get ready to make a real difference.
At NAB's Knox Data Centre, located in Wantirna South, you'll experience a warm and welcoming environment and you'll feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in the door.
With no two merchant calls alike, you'll have the chance to speak with a diverse range of customers.
One day you could be helping the owner of a bustling Melbourne Cafe, the next day you might be assisting a surf shop owner in beautiful Byron Bay, and the next, you might be guiding a farmer from rural Queensland.
**Day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting customers and helping to troubleshoot issues over the phone.
- A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- Providing a stellar customer service experience, whilst helping to grow the NAB brand.
- Adherence to Industry Code of Practice.
