What You'll Be Doing
Laying sewer and stormwater drains for residential new builds
Around two jobs per day – predictable workflow, no headaches
Meet at our Lonsdale yard each morning before heading to site
Hands-on physical work
Travel to site in company trucks with the crew
What's On Offer
40 to 45 per hour, open to negotiation for the right operator
Plenty of overtime available (optional)
Full time permanent role
Learn directly from the owner, then take on more independence
Easy-going crew that works hard without the drama
Training and tickets provided if you're keen. If you're not confident on the excavator yet, you'll learn on the job – the owner will walk you through it and sort the tickets. The work is straightforward new-build drainage, so training is practical, hands-on, and part of your day-to-day.
What We're Looking For
Cert III in Plumbing (essential)
Newly qualified or 1–3 years' post-trade experience ideal
Physically capable and willing to dig, lay pipe, and get stuck in
White card a bonus, not essential
Live within ***** minutes of Lonsdale
Attitude over ego. Reliability over bravado.
