About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Joondalup Store. This is a full‑time position at 38 hours/week.
* Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs
* Succession planning the team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
* Executing visual merchandising in store and making commercial decisions at your discretion
* Understanding stock‑management processes and prioritising tasks
* Coaching and providing on‑the‑spot feedback to the team
