$86,887 - $93,066 + up to 15.4% Superannuation Nowra - NSW The RoleThe Romeo Enterprise Office (REO) Administration Officer is accountable under broad direction to perform procedural, administrative and business support work, continuously providing support for the REO program including program administration, data management, communication activities, provision of professional advice and stakeholder engagement.
Key Duties and Skills include:Performing moderately complex to complex administration activities to manage correspondence and technical data requirementsControlling of all data management databases / systems to support outcomesContribute to the promulgation and enforcement of clear business rules and protocols.Monitor and ensure ease of access to knowledge repositories in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.Demonstrate knowledge management skills to design processes, tools and structures to increase, renew, share and improve the use of knowledge.Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and concerns to meet business objectives.Work collaboratively and operate effectively within the team.
About our TeamThe Romeo Enterprise Office ensures both the mission readiness and airworthiness of the Royal Australian Navy's MH-60R Seahawk Romeo helicopter fleet and the safety of its aviators and aircraft maintenance staff through the provision of support services via Foreign Military Sales agreements with the US Government, and International and Australian Industry Partners.The successful applicant will join a diverse team made up of APS, ADF, US Navy and contractors, all driven to ensure the availability of the RAN's MH-60R Seahawk Romeo Helicopter fleet and the safety of its aviators and aircraft maintenance staff is delivered under a cost effective and financially compliant framework.Our Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, experienced, self-driven and highly motivated to make a difference through application and innovation.
