We are seeking a skilled and licensed maintenance electrician to join our client's dynamic team in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with the potential for permanent employment after a successful 4-month probation period. You will report to the State Service Manager as part of the Facilities Service team. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performing urgent, routine, and ad hoc maintenance, repairs, and inspections across various sites. Operating independently and overseeing your own tasks. Engaging in team efforts for small project works. Encouraging a collaborative team environment with colleagues. Requirements Valid VIC Electrical Licence. Proven experience as a maintenance electrician, preferably in a commercial setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and repair techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
