**Want to be part of the team?**
We're seeking an IT Support / Help Desk Officer to join our team for an initial 3-month contract to provide onsite support across IT desktops, laptops, BYOD devices through to local LAN, WAN and corporate Wifi networks and M365 suite of products
**Your day at NTT**
- Be the first point of contact for raising and responding to IT support tickets
- Log incidents into the ticketing system
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting
- Escalate ticket where required and follow through the ticket through to resolution
- Configure and provision new devices
**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma of IT
- ITIL accredited
- Basic Cisco and Microsoft certs highly desired
- Experienced in providing 1st level support across
- Windows operating systems
- Desktops, laptops and BYOD devices
- LAN, WAN, Wifi connectivity troubleshooting
- Exposure to AV equipment with ability to troubleshoot and provision AV equipment
- Willingness to work onsite in the Gold Coast region
