JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Training Coordinatorto join us on a full-time basis at our Bibra Lake facility. This role is essential in supporting a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace and will be responsible for coordinating our training content and programs, while promoting a positive safety culture across the organisation.
Reporting to the WHS Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Deliver inductions and paper based training
* Coordinate with department managers to improve work instructions and SOP's.
* Keep training plans, records and training and competency matrices up to date
* Organise monthly toolbox sessions and ensure attendance signoff sheets are completed
* Support supervisors with skill development and compliance needs
* Support production, logistics, QA, HR and WHS compliance through strong documentation
* Organise and manage external training (eg: first aid, fire warden, HACCP etc)
JOB CRITERIA
You will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and pay excellent attention to detail. In order to succeed you will also possess the following:
* Experience in training within processing, manufacturing or similar
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) preferred
· Intermediate to advanced computer and MS Office skills
· High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
· A willingness to be held accountable and take ownership of the role
· Ability to plan, prioritise and work in a flexible and methodical way
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
* Confident delivering practical, accessible training to diverse teams
* Highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities
