Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Marketing: Actively seek sales opportunities for events that align with the unique spaces we offer. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor event proposals.
* Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop detailed event plans. Coordinate with external vendors as needed. Oversee event logistics, including venue setups, timelines, and client-specific requirements.
* Budget and Revenue Management: Create event budgets, managing costs effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Track and process client deposits, payments, and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in event sales and coordination, preferably in a high-energy venue or entertainment environment.
* Proven track record of revenue generation and successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
