Our friendly and collaborative SMSF Team is looking for a Client Services Administrator for a 12-month maternity leave contract to be based in our Hobart or Mildura office. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position. We are open to considering a part-time working arrangement for the right candidate.

Our friendly and collaborative SMSF Team is looking for a Client Services Administrator for a 12-month maternity leave contract to be based in our Hobart or Mildura office .

You will be helping the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure they remain on track with providing the best possible service to our valued clients!

What will your typical week look like?

- Complete diverse administrative tasks, from mail and correspondence to lodging tax returns.
- Offer general support to the SMSF Team including efficient database entry and management.
- Provide administrative support with client related tasks, including collation of financial accounts and tax returns, client service agreements and other documents.
Maintain accurate client records and compliance files
