At Resinject, we specialise in chemical underpinning and advanced ground improvement solutions that restore and protect Australia's built environment. As a values-driven company experiencing strong growth, we're looking for a talented and motivated Area Manager (internally titled Structural Consultant) to be the face of Resinject in your territory— doing site inspections, managing sales, developing client relationships, and delivering smart ground solutions to residential and commercial customers.
The Opportunity
As our Area Manager, your primary goal is to assess and convert sales opportunities. You will be the face of Resinject across your territory —visiting client sites, developing practical solutions, and working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
You’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on to solve complex ground engineering challenges, and you’ll work closely with the operational teams to ensure a smooth handover into project delivery.

This is a remote position, giving you the autonomy to manage your territory—perfect for someone who takes initiative and thrives with the freedom to work independently, all while being supported by a highly collaborative and experienced team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and assess structural ground issues
Formulate practical ground engineering solutions using our resin injection technologies
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals that align with client needs and company standards
Follow up with clients and manage the full customer lifecycle
Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system while on the road
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
Monitor and report on territory activity, customer trends, and competitor intelligence
Prospect and convert new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
What You Bring
4+ years' experience in construction, engineering, surveying or related industry
Knowledge or an interest in subsidence problems and ground engineering
Proven sales experience in the construction sector
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within your territory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Digitally literate with experience using CRM tools, mobile apps, or virtual tech platforms, eg Arch Draw
Full driver’s licence is essential
