Your new role
Role overview: This position is dedicated to switchboard coverage, handling approximately 70 calls per day. The nature of the calls can be repetitive as callers often fall into three categories:
* Those seeking an evaluation
* Those with property‑related queries
* Those unsure of what they need
Calls route through various lines, and the third line comes directly to this role. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot, determine which property or location the caller is referring to, and redirect them to the appropriate property manager. Additional tasks include verifying bank details and taking messages.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous switchboard or high‑volume call handling experience
* Strong customer service background
* Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working remotely
* Able to commit to the required days and contract duration
What you'll get in return
* Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30am-5:00pm
* Contract: Initial 6‑month term, with the possibility of a further 6‑month extension based on suitability
* Starting ASAP, offering $36.50/hr + Super
* Based in Mount Gravatt with free parking on site!
* After a few weeks of training: WFH 1 day and in office the 2nd, depending on performance and comfort level
