Milk Chocolate is a national property services business, currently managing a growing portfolio of homes, primarily across the Belconnen region.
We're looking for a Casual Leasing Consultant based in Canberra to support our team with open homes and property inspections.
This role is highly flexible and ideal for someone wanting to supplement their income or someone wanting to step back into Residential Property Management/Leasing.
Importantly, this role does not involve ongoing landlord or tenant management—our full-time Property Manager handles this.

Key Responsibilities
• Conducting open homes
• Completing ingoing condition reports
• Undertaking routine inspections
• Preparing exit reports
• Completing rental appraisals
• Coordinating key collection from sales agents
• Cutting keys and installing lockboxes
• Collecting handover documentation from previous managing agents (where required)

Skills & Experience
• Current ACT Real Estate Registration
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in property management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• High level of organisation, independence, and accountability
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Sound understanding of ACT residential tenancy legislation
• Experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, Tapi, and Google Workspace (preferred)
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
