About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow a strong network of referral partners across Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who want autonomy and the ability to build and grow their own network of referral partners.
This is a field-focused role, where you'll spend most of your time meeting partners face-to-face, as well as connecting via phone and online — building genuine, long-term relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
* Identify and engage new referral partners
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
* Introduce Lendify Hub's clear, client-first approach to lending
* Work closely with internal brokers to support client outcomes
* Develop and grow your own network of referral sources
* Track activity and continuously improve performance
What We're Looking For
* Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
* Background in mortgage, finance, real estate, or professional services (preferred)
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
