Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Contracts Administration Assistant based in Broadbeach, QLD.
The role includes managing and processing contracts, supporting agents with administrative tasks, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The Contracts Administration Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract workflows and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in contract management, document processing, and compliance checks
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and clients
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with real estate processes is beneficial
Prior experience in contracts administration or a related role is preferred
