Electrical Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Mackay Region. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on fixed plant and port infrastructure, as well as providing technical input to ensure the safe delivery of department objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine online, offline, and shutdown maintenance tasks
* Provide planning and technical input to ensure safe delivery of department objectives
* Complete allocated planned maintenance tasks
* Undertake unplanned or breakdown maintenance tasks, including problem-solving, fault-finding, and diagnosis
* Provide feedback to the maintenance supervisor on job progress
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualification - Electrical
* Proven maintenance experience in Fixed Plant maintenance
* Current QLD Electrical Workers license
* Current Electrical Switchboard and Resuscitation certificate
* Current Driver's license
* Ability to fault-find and interpret electrical schematic drawings
