The Opportunity
Our client is seeking multiple Change managers / coordinators / leads to join the Service Design & Improvement branch of a Federal Agency.

Long term daily rate contract opportunities, initial 12 month contract with ongoing extensions highly likely.

Option to be based out of either Richmond or Geelong, with flexible working arrangements also in place.

EL1 position = $602.55 per day + Super

EL2 position = $754.20 per day + Super

The Team

The Participant Experience Design division is the key driver of the Participant Service Improvement Plan and the Participant Service Charter. The division's work is to design and deliver Scheme service improvements to provide quality participant outcomes and enhance their NDIS experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Establishing future state vision and stakeholder experience and journey aligned with that vision.
Engaging and aligning program and organisational leaders to future state vision, case for change and change leadership role and capabilities.
Conducting and managing stakeholder segments that reflect functional, behavioural and attitudinal characteristics of the target audience.
Determining and establishing effective channels and levers for effecting functional, behavioural and attitudinal change appropriate to the audience segment.
Measuring and monitoring changes in adoption, behaviours and attitudes toward discrete and program-wide changes, driving insight and improvement in our approach.
Advising and establishing strategies on prioritising, sequencing and delivering change for delivering the vision, factoring in complexity in the operating environment, conflicting demands, and other changes.

Key skills required for role:
Experience in strategically integrating change strategies
Highly motivated to achieve set goals in specified timeframes
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively as a key member of the delivery team
Australian citizenship is mandatory to be considered eligible for this role

Desirable skills to have for the role:
Tertiary qualification related to Change Management
Prosci Change Management Certification
Experience within the disability sector will be highly regarded
Experience within Government
