Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join their team and work with them on a high volume of listings in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside their leading Agents and their team and will be given exposure to the full sales process.

**The Position**
In the role of Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the database of contacts and staying in regular contact
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Buyer call-backs
- Prospecting the local area via warm/cold calling and door knocking
- Preparing for and attending appraisals with the Agent
- Full campaign management
- Liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers
**The Person**

- Prior Real Estate experience ideal but a great attitude and willingness to succeed in Real Estate Sales is more important
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English highly desired, but not essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Drivers licence and reliable car
- First class communication skills and immaculate presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed
