About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers with general banking enquiries without sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem-solving.
* Account balances and card replacements
* Updating personal information
* Online banking support and fraud enquiries
* Dispute investigations and feedback capture
What We're Looking For
* Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
* You're confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems
* You communicate clearly and professionally
* You enjoy solving problems and helping people
* You've completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Training in the Gold Coast Office
Weeks 4–7: On-the-job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00am–8:00pm
