Qualifications
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Past success in achieving and driving KPI's

Requirements
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills
* 1+ years of experience in fast food industry or Guzman y Gomez restaurant highly preferred
* Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in fast food
