Business Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate services and administrative support to the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Finance: Support the Principal in the administration and management of financial matters, including invoicing, processing payments, entering purchase orders, banking, reconciling invoices for payment, reconciling corporate cards, creating assets, following up on late payments, inputting and exporting financial data to/from OneSchool.
* Human Resources: Assist with the day-to-day supervision and management of school support staff, checking timesheets, entering casual claims in My HR, entering leave, rosters etc. Major staff issues are escalated to the Principal.
* Facilities: Assist in planning and review of minor works projects, liaising with external facilities management for advice where appropriate, BM/Principal to oversee and approve this process.

* Capacity to work independently, problem-solve and continue developing and streamlining financial processes.
* Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising tasks in a high-pressure environment.
