The Role:
Our client is a Building and construction company and is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Office administrator with exceptional organisational and admin skills to support their busy office. This position is Monday to Friday, fulltime.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Administrative queries requested by clients and contractors.
* Data entry, note taking, document control
* Processing work orders, liaising with site managers and contractors
* Booking clients for meetings, rescheduling and managing site managers schedules
* Ensuring correspondence and data are saved
* Reception duties and other administrative tasks may be required
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
* 2-3 years experience in similar role within the Building and construction industry or strong administration experience
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
* Professional presentation
