Your Role
You'll play a key leadership role in the day to day running of a high volume cafe operation, ensuring the team, service and store run smoothly. You'll lead and coach a high-performing hospitality team, help drive labour and sales performance, train and develop team members, and assist with compliance, ordering and daily operational routines.
It's a fast-paced environment, but you'll have solid routines, good systems and a team that has your back.
