About the Team Leader Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to support participants in Bundaberg. This is a full-time position with 76 hours per fortnight.
* Main Responsibilities: Deliver care and assistance, supporting daily tasks and activities for participants at home and in the community.
* Team Management: Motivate teams by providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring a positive working environment within set frameworks.
* Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth running of locations, documentation, and daily operations.
* Community Building: Develop relationships with local groups and professionals to attract new participants and maintain connections.
