Position
As an
Executive Assistant
, you will provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Branch Manager, handling a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a key liaison for stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective daily operations of the branch.
Responsibilities
Managing diary and emails, handling competing priorities and deadlines
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling confidential documents
Organising travel arrangements and official functions for the Branch Manager
Drafting correspondence, briefing materials, and reports
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on policy, projects, and operational matters
Undertaking research and investigations as required
General administrative and operational support
Qualifications / Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential
Strong prioritisation and attention to detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to anticipate needs
Government experience is desirable
