About the Role Join our AI Team working on greenfield projects to help build one of Australia’s leading cloud healthcare platforms for medical specialists. You’ll develop AI-powered features that streamline care, enhance patient connections, and shape the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AI-driven features for our cloud platform
Collaborate with AI specialists, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
Contribute to agile practices and continuous improvement
Share knowledge, support teammates, and shape development standards
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage cross-team dependencies
Stay current with emerging technologies in the fast-moving AI landscape

curious, motivated, and excited
to work in a space transforming healthcare. Indications of a self-starter/builder mindset—demonstrated through any public projects you’ve contributed to in this emerging space—are highly welcomed!

Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions), CDK/IaC
AI & ML: Commercial and open-source foundation models, including speech-to-text and various voice models.
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability tools
Modern Patterns: Serverless architecture, event-driven systems
