Leading Hand - Landscape Construction Sunshine Coast
Eureka Landscapes Pty Ltd is seeking a Landscape Construction Leading Hand for a full‑time role. As the Landscape Construction Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high‑quality landscaping projects on the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. This hands‑on position will have you leading a team of landscape construction workers to ensure the successful completion of all assigned projects.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinate and oversee a team of landscape construction workers to complete all assigned projects on time and to the highest standard.
Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and equipment to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Provide on‑site guidance, training, and supervision to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leading hand or supervisory role within the landscape construction industry.
Demonstrated expertise in the full range of landscape construction techniques, including site preparation, planting, paving, and irrigation.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficient in the use of landscape construction equipment and tools.
Current driver’s licence and construction industry White Card.
Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
