We are seeking a fit, reliable and proactive Factory Hand to support our processing and storage operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist with maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised factory while supporting day-to-day operational tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing processing areas in line with company standards
* Cleaning factory floors, storage areas and coolrooms to required standards
* Moving, receiving and storing product in line with company procedures
* Completing relevant paperwork for stock receipt, dispatch and storage
* Ensuring compliance with MSC and ASC processes
* Safe storage and monitoring of chemicals and cleaning supplies
* Operating machinery as trained, including forklift operation (where licensed)
* Maintaining PPE standards and personal presentation
* Following all food safety, health and safety and SOP requirements
* Supporting other operational areas and completing non-standard tasks as directed

* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
* A current forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
