About the Role:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a resort environment
- Develop and deliver seasonal menus highlighting fresh, local produce
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
- Lead, Train, mentor, and motivate a small kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards
About You:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-quality kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for innovative, guest-focused dining experiences
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a smaller property environment, with flexibility and initiative
