Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular calls, meetings and emails
Identifying client needs and delivering tailored sales solutions
Executing the end-to-end sales process, including quoting, negotiating and closing deals
Maintaining accurate records and customer information using Salesforce
Representing the business at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach and a clear focus on delivering results.
Your Profile
We are looking for a confident and capable individual who brings:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience working with commercial clients and achieving sales targets will be highly regarded.
