As one of the KEY litigators in their winning litigation team, reporting to the Litigation Director and Litigation Special Counsel, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking full ownership of your files/managing your own clients resolving commercial disputes relating to:
* General commercial contracts;
* Corporate structures/partnerships/trusts;
* Franchises;
* Building/construction;
* Insolvency/bankruptcy;
